Are you trying to grow you hair? Sometimes the process can seem like it can take forever, especially when most people lose around 50-100 hairs each day.
While Rapunzel like hair is seemingly easy for some women, for the rest there are simple, yet effective ways to grow your hair faster and keep it healthy. Healthy hair = longer hair.
Synthetic dyeing, using heat tools, and highlighting your hair can all be reasons that lead to breakage and slowing down hair growth. We are all guilty of these so it’s always best to learn good hair habits! We’ve asked our Pro Team for their tips and tricks on how to make your hair grow longer and stronger!
PRO TEAM Member Laura Kim’s tips:
1. Avoid any harsh chemical treatments.
Scalp bleach or chemical straightening could damage your hair and scalp. You need to see a professional to consult if it’s right for you. Remember the fewer chemical treatments, the better and faster your hair will grow.
2. Trim your hair regularly.
You can grow your hair even quicker if you trim your hair to avoid further breakage and damage. It may seem counterintuitive, but it can really help! Regular trims means you are getting rid of the split or dead ends that ultimately break your hair.
3. Scalp care Is crucial.
When you take good care of your scalp health you will have healthy hair, because hair grows from the scalp!
Scalp massage your hair using your fingers or better yet the pramasana™ exfoliating scalp brush. Your scalp will thank you and encouraging blood flow can help stimulate healthy hair. Listen to your scalp and don’t ignore any signs that you might need to change up your routine. Not over washing your hair and noticing if a change in routine has caused things like itchiness or a dry scalp.
PRO TEAM Member Mathew Wickham’s tips:
1.Be kind to your body and if will be kind to you.
Eat beautiful food that is going to nourish your body and your hair. Iron, Vitamin D, B-complex, and zinc is optimal for healthy hair
2. Use a naturally derived system that is designed to growth your hair thicker and fuller.
invati advanced™ system will gently exfoliate the scalp removing anything that may be blocking hair growth. Conditioner will strengthen and nourish existing hair whilst the Revitalising spray with its white turmeric and ginseng help to invigorate hair follicle.
3. HEATLESS is best.
Most of us have gone meatless for a period of time or times of the week right? Well going heat-less is an absolute must for people wanting long hair that adore those hot tools. Although products and hot tools have gotten far better over time your hair will be more prone to breaking. I recommend learning some heartless styling techniques on Instagram or TikTok. Invest in learning how to do your hair differently!
