What is AfterPay?
Afterpay offers interest-free payment plans for your online purchases. Buy and receive what you want today and pay it off in four interest-free fortnightly instalments.
If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the item you’ve purchased. The only fees AfterPay charges are late fees for missed payments.
Forget about long, complicated application forms. AfterPay’s proprietary platform makes it quick and easy to get approved instantly and keep shopping.
Who can use AfterPay?
To make a purchase using AfterPay, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a debit or credit card and have an Australian residential address.
Can AfterPay be used online and in-store?
AfterPay is available https://www.aveda.com.au for all purchases under $600 for first-time AfterPay users, and under $1000 for returning AfterPay users.

Transaction value limits apply to AfterPay purchases made at https://www.aveda.com.au; $600 for first-time AfterPay users, and $1000 for returning AfterPay customers.
The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.
For first-time AfterPay online customers, or customers yet to complete a full payment cycle using AfterPay, the first payment will be taken at the time of transaction with the remaining three payments deducted each fortnight over the remaining 6 (six) weeks. For all future payments after the first completed purchase, the initial payment will be debited 14 days after the transactions, where the total transaction value is less than $500. If the purchase value is equal to or exceeds $400, the first instalment must be paid at the time of the transaction occurring.
If you wish to return your goods, please complete the online returns process as per the normal returns policy. If eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payment cancelled at no charge.
When you link your AfterPay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that the standard fees and charged may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details.
If a payment is due from you but not received by AfterPay in accordance with the payment schedule, a $19 late payment fee will be charged, with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid.

1. What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment service that allows you to make purchases online and pay for them at a later date. Consumers can use Klarna to spread the cost of a purchase across 4 (four) instalments over 6 weeks. Klarna doesn’t charge interest or fees on the period between purchasing and paying for your products, when you pay on time.
2. How do I use Klarna?
Step 1 - Add products to your cart and select “Klarna” when you check out.
Step 2 – You will be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. Enter a few personal details and you’ll know instantly if you’re approved. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your account.
Step 3 - Klarna will send you an email confirmation and reminders when it’s time to pay and you can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

Klarna’s Pay in 4 instalments is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 4 equal payments. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you check out on the store’s website, the remaining 3 payments are scheduled fortnightly, after your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.

3. Where can I use Klarna?
Klarna can be used on purchases made on www.aveda.com.au website. Klarna is not available on purchases of gift cards or services. If your order contains gift cards or services, you will need to purchase these ineligible products or services separately using another payment method.
4. Can I use Klarna if i’m an International Customer?
Klarna is only available to customers with an Australian billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Klarna account.
5. What if I can't pay a Klarna Instalment?
Pay in 4 instalments
If Klarna are unable to charge your selected payment method for the amount due on your Due Date, Klarna will send you a notification and provide you a courtesy two to seven business day slack period so that you can update your payment method or ensure enough funds are available on your selected card. If you update your card, Klarna will attempt to collect the late payment immediately. Otherwise Klarna will attempt to charge your original card again after the two to seven-day period. It is important that you ensure enough funds are available to complete your payment on the Due Date. If you fail to make a payment by the end of the courtesy slack period you will be in default.

Klarna orders are delivered within our standard delivery time frames like any order from www.aveda.com.au.
7. Can I use another form of payment with Klarna?
Yes, you may also use a gift card or promotional code with Klarna to pay for your purchase.
8. What products are not eligible for Klarna?
Klarna is not available on purchases of gift cards or services. If your Klarna order contains gift cards or services alongside other eligible products, you will need to purchase these items separately.

What is Alipay & how do I use Alipay online?
Alipay is an eWallet app designed for Chinese nationals with a local Chinese bank account and mobile number. Alipay allows users to make payments online and in store across the globe. Simply add your items to your shopping bag, proceed to checkout and select Alipay as your payment method. You will then be taken to the Alipay page to complete your purchase.
Are there any products I can’t buy using Alipay?
Alipay cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
When will my items be delivered if I use Alipay?

Can I cancel or change my online order if I have paid using Alipay?
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot change, add to or cancel an online order once payment has been received. If you no longer need your order once it is delivered, you can return it back to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt by accessing our returns portal here. Can I return or exchange an item purchased using Alipay?
