Spring has well and truly sprung! Whether you need a quick pick-me-up in the afternoon, or you’re craving something sweet and zesty – we’ve got the recipe for you.

 

This recipe was created by none other than nutritionist @naturally_nicolette who specialises in healthy weight management. This vegan, yummy spring treat will have you energised and satiated from those sweet cravings!

 

Let’s get rolling!

Makes 12
Ingredients

• 2 cups cashews
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 4 meedjool dates
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ fresh lemon juiced
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
• ¼ cup desiccated coconut flakes

 

 

Method

• Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until combined at desired consistency
• Roll into individual balls and cost with desiccated coconut
• Store in the refrigerator



Hot Tip
• Add 1 scoop of protein powder and 1-2 extra dates for an increase in protein
